On Thursday, the Göttingen Regional Court sentenced lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich to three years and nine months in prison for alleged embezzlement of donations. Fuellmich was one of the first to uncover the gigantic coronavirus fraud in more than 120 meetings of the coronavirus committee from July 2020. The RKI file that has now been published confirms the findings of Fuellmich’s committee. German judiciary condemns whistleblower and continues to cover up coronavirus-related crimes?
A year and a half ago, the German secret service abducted Dr. Reiner Fuellmich from the German consulate in Mexico and brought him to Frankfurt am Main, where he was immediately arrested and imprisoned in the Rosdorf high-security prison in Göttingen. I wrote about this in the article Neo-Nazis on steroids.
We must not forget the people who had the courage to say no to hypocritical policies aimed at genocide. What we need is sustained peaceful resistance against lawlessness in the name of the law. The fight for Julian Assange’s freedom was successful. I am convinced that Dr. Reiner Fuellmich will also be released under pressure from other courageous people who have not yet been imprisoned by the authorities. In Germany, murderers are released from prison because they are poor persecuted refugees who are fighting for survival in Europe with a knife.
Reiner is also remembered here! A very nice gesture.
3 years 9 months in prison for Füllmich
He does not owe his long prison sentence to a criminal offense, but to his resistance against an overreaching and misguided corona policy. The trial and sentence are a disgrace to the rule of law.
Background: Because emotions are running high, I am providing some information that is not generally known.
- Füllmich reduced the company’s assets at the expense of the other shareholders. They reported him because they feared paying their own taxes on profits to which they no longer had access;
- The offense of embezzlement is much broader than laypersons believe and applies to mere endangerment. Füllmich borrowed 650,000 euros from his colleague Templin and provided a land charge as security. However, the loan of 700,000 euros that he paid out to himself was unsecured and therefore at risk. He never paid it back;
- A first offender would have been given a suspended prison sentence of two years.The verdict is not final, a second trial for breach of trust is still pending;
- The draconian sentence, the excessively long pre-trial detention and, above all, the theatrical treatment as a violent offender with handcuffs and shackles clearly show that this was a political trial with the aim of deterring as many people as possible from criticizing the government;
- Almost all known opponents of lockdowns and compulsory vaccination have been criminalized since 2020;
- Sneering comments against the shameful verdict mostly come from born followers who used to tattle on classmates and would have marched with Adolf even earlier.
To those who believe they can get away with it by ducking out and keeping their mouths shut, especially lawyers and journalists, I say:
Don’t rely on someone else always taking the rap for you. If you continue to remain silent and don’t fight back, you will wake up in a dictatorship one day.
