The title of this article is the title of Eugeniusz Paukszta’s book about the Second World War. I read it in 1970 and today I will deal with the turbulent political developments in Austria. It seems that the Austrian sky is just beginning to clear, despite efforts to defend “democracy” by methods that ignore basic democratic principles.
The election to the Austrian parliament will take place on September 29, 2024.
The election was won by the Freedom Party (FPÖ), which was still in favor of introducing the lockdown in parliament in March 2020, but also sided with the large anti-Covid demonstrations in 2020. Activists from this party have set themselves the task of analyzing the pandemic fraud in detail. The FPÖ is a sister party of the German AfD.
Austrian President Alexander van der Bellen, who comes from the Green Party and defends democracy, entrusted the task of forming a government to the ÖVP, which came second in the election and lost 11% of the vote compared to the 2019 election. He justified this anti-democratic decision by saying that Herbert Kickl – the leader of the FPÖ – would not find a coalition partner and, in order to save time, gave his consent to form a government to the previously unelected Chancellor Nehammer of the ÖVP.
It took more than three months to “save” the day and the talks between the would-be coalition (ÖVP, SPÖ and NEOS) ended in complete failure and yesterday Chancellor Nehammer announced his long-awaited resignation as Chancellor and party leader of the ÖVP. Source. In the meantime, the popularity of the FPÖ has risen. Recent polls show over 37% support for the Freedom Party.
Lockdown-Nehammer is leaving. This is the news of the day, which was announced at around 7.30 pm. He wants to retire as ÖVP leader and Federal Chancellor in the next few days. The never-elected election loser is finally doing what he should have done a long time ago – he is hopefully making way for someone who is willing and perhaps also able. That would at least be a gain for Austria and a glimmer of hope after the last few lost years. But can it really get any better?
The indignation of the Union of Globalist Unity Parties towards Herbert Kickl should not surprise anyone. I would describe him as the Austrian Trump. Austria is a small country with 9 million inhabitants. Moreover, Kickl is at the head of the MAGA movement (Make Austria Great Again). Austria is too small, so it won’t impose tariffs – an ineffective instrument that hurts everyone involved.
On Thursday, January 9 at 19:00 CET, there will be an X-debate between Elon Musk and the leader of the Alternative for Germany (AfD), Alice Weidel.
In some European countries, the skies are indeed brightening. This is noted with dismay by the proponents of the Great Reset from Davos. Unfortunately, this will not happen in Poland. That’s because the majority of Poles are preoccupied with an idiotic fight between thugs and gangsters. You can decide for yourself what you want to call which of the two big parties. It doesn’t matter – the only important thing is that both represent the interests of the globalists, betraying the Polish raison d’état. Just look at how unanimously they vote for the green andeal in the European Parliament.
