Thanks to his research, documents relating to changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR) have surfaced online. The Director General of the WHO should be given the authority to declare early readiness to act based on the potential threat at his own discretion. The spreaders of climate hysteria are given a great tool to take countermeasures against the CO2 excess. For example, massive restrictions on the number of breaths. A method that is just as idiotic as the one used during the plandemic.
I realize that most of us are not interested in the details of the changes to the IHR regulations. These IHR provisions are more dangerous than the WHO treaty itself because they are adopted by parliaments with a simple majority. These new health regulations include all the toys that have already been tried during the plandemic: symbols of slavery, affectionately called masks, the obligation of a pointless test, the obligation to maintain a minimum distance to prevent civil collusion, house arrest called quarantine due to confusion, a Travel ban, compulsory vaccination and several other similar harassments.
The new IHR regulations contain much more than a repetition of torture tools tried during the dress rehearsal in 2020 and beyond. Introduction of a system to identify people who “pose a threat to public health”, a system with a green (vaccinated) and red (unvaccinated) symbol. What is new is the WHO’s promotion of the fight against disinformation. The WHO has been spreading disinformation for years. The fight against this phenomenon can only be carried out in one way: through honest discussion of the arguments. Who decides what should be censored and what should be published? When carried out by the perpetrator of the problem (i.e. the WHO), censorship becomes a tool to silence free people.
Once these papers are signed, the WHO will no longer make recommendations, but will instead issue orders. Because the member states are then obliged to comply. And the reason for declaring such a health emergency (PHEIC) becomes possible earlier and earlier after the papers are signed – through the introduction of the Early Action Alert (EEA), a kind of early warning level. And it is becoming more and more arbitrary and indefinite – because there no longer even has to be a concrete threat; Even just a potential threat is enough. In the future, it will even be sufficient to declare a health emergency if it cannot be ruled out that a disease could be transmitted from person to person or that the causes of acute pneumonic diseases cannot be determined. An almost limitless scope for decision-making. Source.
