The whole world claims that nuclear weapons are as much a myth as the moon landing or the al-Qaeda attack on the WTC. Whether nuclear bombs exist or not, the only thing that works with this idea is fear. As in the well-known saying that the pioneer is only wrong once, the decision to use such weapons will also be a one-off mistake. It will not be possible to repeat it. So much for scaremongering.
How do I approach this? Philosophy is helpful here. What facts do we have? We all have to die. Someone once wisely said that life is a disease that always ends in death. What counts is the quality of this life, not death itself. The best way to waste a life is to live in fear of the inevitable – death. There is hardly a better way to create hell on earth than to constantly live in fear.
If you’re a multi-billionaire like Mark Zuckerberg, you can build yourself a fallout shelter in Hawaii.
This is a great way to take the heat off the justice system by voluntarily undergoing an underground prison sentence. You will have the chance to live a few extra days in enforced solitary confinement.
Multimillionaires are few and far between, and certainly none of them read my blog. Let’s think about other ways to deal with the fear of nuclear war. You can protest. Hardly effective, but morally the right thing to do.
I find it more effective to switch off the TV and get rid of this Trojan horse within my own four walls. Then what am I supposed to watch movies from Netflix or my favorite series under the title: How can we be completely fooled? When you ask a question like that, you don’t realize how much influence these movies have on you and your behavior.
There is another possibility. To find out more than television censorship allows. It is true that there will never be one hundred percent certainty that the independent media are not also being manipulated. Especially when they use attention-grabbing words like “breaking news” or “bombshell”, but that is not a rule. In my articles, I try to check the reliability of sources as much as possible. The final decision on whether to trust the news is always in the hands of the reader.

ORF is an Austrian radio, TV and online platform that is financed by compulsory contributions, regardless of whether you have a receiver with which you can see the mainstream lies.
…there are currently no means to counteract such weapons. The missiles attack their targets at a speed of 10 Mach – that’s 2.5 to 3 kilometers per second. The existing modern air defense systems and the missile defense systems developed by the Americans in Europe cannot intercept such missiles – that is out of the question.
