The German lawyer Reiner Füllmich has apparently come under fire. Members of his Corona committee met with a law firm in August 2022, after which charges were brought against him.
Board members Justus Hoffmann, Marcel Templin and Antonia Fischer claimed that Füllmich had embezzled seven thousand euros in donations. He is also a violent anti-Semite.
Without his knowledge, two arrest warrants were issued, one in Germany and one in the EU. German and Mexican authorities arrested him at the German embassy in Mexico without an international arrest warrant. He was then flown to Frankfurt and imprisoned there.
Legal experts speak of illegal arrests and even kidnapping.
The donations that the committee did not immediately need were invested in Reiner's house and in gold.
According to the agreements in the contracts, after the sale of his house, the money should be transferred to him so that he can repay the amount. However, the money was transferred to Marcel Templin's bank account instead. It was therefore impossible for Reiner to pay the money back.
The evidence was presented to the court, which decided to ignore it and instructed the defense not to talk about it. The evidence shows that Hoffmann, Templin and a notary unlawfully accessed the proceeds from the sale of his house.
The former board members further claim that Füllmich bought gold bars without the consent of the shareholders and kept them for himself. The purchase of the gold bars is also documented. They will be kept safe and will not be released without the signatures of Füllmich and Viviane Fischer. This emerges from documents that the defense submitted, but which were also ignored by the Göttingen district court.
The court froze Füllmich's assets, but left Templin's assets untouched. This seems to be his reward for the internal coup.
Meanwhile, the defense left little comment on the allegations. A reporter said that no corner was left intact, one could only be amazed.
