One of the most important headlines in the state press in the Handelsblatt read: “The ICJ does not order a ceasefire”. Sounds like joy that the killing could continue. How disgusting it all is – scum. You can literally smell the stench of the moral and ethical putrefaction in Germany and the EU!

Israel is a member of the ICJ and not the ICC. Since this is a decision of the ICJ, Israel must recognize this.

Thanks for the tip, it wasn't clear to me until now that there is a difference between the ICJ and the ISTGH.

What does this mean? Bill Gates has other things to do with other things. Your computer probably runs on Windows too.

Of course, words must also be followed by actions. The USA, as a war suspender, must finally be put in its place. If Israel still has the Yankees and therefore also DE to back them up, it could still be some time before action is actually taken. Why aren't sanctions decided against Israel? Even if not everyone takes part, so much pressure could be built up that Israel has to make its mark. Because Israel is not Russia, which has huge grain, mineral resources, etc. It has to import almost everything!

A real court verdict looks different. However, here the judges are begging to please, please, bad guy stop the murder, otherwise there will be haue haue? Will someone then be put in jail or does anyone really believe that sanctions will be imposed on Israel and if so what kind...a fine or other forms will someone end up in jail? ISrahell will shake himself off a bit like a watered poodle, not recognize the court verdict and continue to push forward with his genocide in a more toned-down manner, as usual, by hunting the Palestinians.

Great !! What was this monkey circus for if it is not binding under international law?
Dissolves the club and sends her home

Previous reports that I have read about this sound very mild. I also find the lack of a demand for an immediate ceasefire questionable. Here it sounds much clearer. I hope that this is just a preliminary judgment in keeping with the urgency and that it will be formulated more clearly, especially with regard to the crimes committed so far and the assessment of them (e.g. the question of whether it is a genocide; in my opinion there can be no doubt about it).

Another criticism: I think it would be better if independent bodies reported on it and Israel was obliged to protect the lives of the reporters. If Israel does not do this, this must be taken into account in the final evaluation.

The verdict itself will come later, probably much later. Ratko Mladic was convicted in the Yugoslav war in 2017. That's 25 years since the outbreak of war in 1993!
What is positive, however, is that Israel has been given such conditions that, in effect, make further killings impossible. And that's good.

The Zionists and their supporters from the USA are not interested in this decision. They are based on “Eretz Israel”. It started with ethnic cleansing”, book by Prof. Dr. R. Publishers and will end with an ethnic cleansing, perpetrator Netanyahu. Criticism of this will end with a reference to the Holocaust. None of this is comprehensible. It doesn't have to.

I am hopeful and think the binding resolutions (no judgment) are very good. This is because Israel has been given points that make further bombing impossible. There was no need for a separate ceasefire call. Israel was handed the baton here to save face. That’s my analysis.

Wow, a minimum of international exposure. One is amazed. It would be desirable that South Africa would also report the West's murderous values afterwards.
Edit – of course it is downright ridiculous to call on Israel to “prevent” what it is actively doing. "Mr. Meier, you have to stop hitting your wife!!1"

This will not interest Zionististan, because they have been ignoring dozens of UN resolutions for decades and they are not threatened with anything, because even a UN sanction or boycott resolution will always be blocked and prevented by the veto power of the USA, which the reform proves again the UN and the abolition of veto powers is long overdue.

I can hear the whining in the German, non-neutral press again. In any case, it's a good sign. Whether it will achieve anything is another page in the history book, something that still needs to be written.
